The coffee machines can get congested during peak hours, resulting in a long wait for a cup of coffee.

The staff were good, it was good value, and we had fun skiing. Also they had a table tennis table.

View from the room was good. Room was clean.

We did not like having to pay a deposit and daily rateto use the safe in the room. We did not like having to pay a deposit for all leisure equipment. The leisure equipment we hired, playing cards and ping pong bats, were of the very lowest standard. The cards were bent, filthy, smelly, torn. The ping pong bats were hired by a family who then retained them for the week so that others could not use the table. The breakfast offer was very limited. The evening meal offer was very limited, no cheese board for example. Very low cost desserts. Very limited salad and no dressings.

I had the most fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredible - they couldn't have done enough for me. They even went out of their way to assist me when my car got stuck in the snow. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of delicious options available in buffet style. The rooms were quite chilly at times, especially during the day when the heating was turned off. This made it a bit uncomfortable to relax in the room between skiing and dinner.
